West Norwood

Our West Norwood site is about half a mile from the Streatham site and has two forms of entry (60).
The building was extended and adapted from a fine red brick Arts & Crafts building called Gabriel House, which dates from around 1910. Originally part of a complex of buildings for an orphanage and school, it had been used previously as offices.
The transformation completed in 2012 means that Gabriel House has once again become a school for children.
The site was extensively redeveloped but retained the existing trees and greenery. There are also external teaching and learning spaces and a multi use games area. The new building also provides external terraces that can be used as both outdoor classrooms and as part of the emergency escape plan.
The last Ofsted inspection was carried out in November 2017 and gave a rating of: Good with Outstanding elements.
